Most email clients can use a different sender address. You need to change the SMTP server (also called the outgoing mail server) to the mailbox.my server. Please use the following settings for the SMTP server:

• The preferred method: Check "Requires TLS" or choose "STARTTTLS" (port 587 is used).
• Otherwise check "Requires SSL" or choose port 465.
