mailbox.my is an email forwarding service. You choose an email address on one of our 100+ domains, and we forward emails sent to this address to your existing email account.
We believe no one should have a hard-to-spell-and-remember email address such as john22222223@gmail.com ;) There are so many nice domain names out there that you can easily have john@putmeon.cc! That is what we offer to you!
The incumbent email providers have so many users that it is hard to get a personalized email that does not include crazy numbers or special characters.
We offer you the chance to get personalized email addresses like firstname@mailbox.my, and you can continue using your existing account.
We are fully aware that email is a critical part of today's infrastructure. We fully respect your privacy.
Most importantly we will not analyze your emails for advertising purposes. In contrast to many free email services we can make this promise, since the yearly subscription fee you pay is our way of financing the service.
Furthermore, we only store your email for the shortest amount required to forward it to your email account. We use logs to provide the service and detect errors, but never analyze or sell data for other purposes.
Your email address is automatically protected by the award-winning Have I Been Pwned? service. So when you use your email address to sign up for some service, and data from that service gets stolen, we will send you a notification and you can change your password or take other precautions.
Our servers are located in EU jurisdictions.

In the customer portal, click on "Cancel plan".
Your email will continue working until the end of the billing period, plus three more months.
